  • Entry Protocol

    Please ring the buzzer at the entrance upon arrival. A staff member will let you in promptly. Our salon operates strictly by appointment. Please ensure you have a confirmed appointment before arriving. We do not accept walk-ins.

  • We understand that circumstances may arise. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.

  • Appointments can be made through our online booking website. or you can call us during operating hours

  • No, All appointments are made by pre-booking. We do this to eliminate wait time

  • We are price transparent hair salon and all prices are listed to each service on the booking page

  • We accept Cash and credit cards

  • All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services and there is a possibility of the service being cut. An un-rushed service will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session. You will be responsible for payment of the full original service booked.

  • There is a 15 minutes grace period, after which your appointment will be cancelled

  • please reach out to SAB HAIR STUDIO within 72 hours to address your ongoing needs. We are more than willing to resolve any concerns with you, though it's important to distinguish between a "fix" and a change of preference.

  • Your card will only be charged after your service. However, we keep it on file in case of no shows or late cancellations.

  • You can book as far as 3 months in advance. For weekend and peak times, we tend to book up rather quickly. We encourage booking at least two weeks in advance if you have restrictions on time. Feel free to inquire about last minute appointments should you have a more flexible schedule.
