Welcome to SAB Hair Studio, LLC! We appreciate your decision to choose us for your beauty and haircare needs. Before you proceed with our services, please take a moment to read our terms of service carefully.
Booking and Appointments
WHAT IS THE INTAKE FORM AND DO I HAVE TO FILL IT OUT ON SITE?
The New client intake form is necessary before you’re able to book an appointment with SAB Hair Studio.This form is for you and the stylist to move forward with securing an appointment for you.
Deposit
- A mandatory, non-refundable, and non-transferable deposit of $50 is required to secure all appointments.
-This deposit will be applied to the final balance
- A card on file is required
- The remaining balance must be paid via cash or Zelle.
- Clients banking with Credit Unions must use cash or Zelle for payment.
Arrival time & Punctuality
- Clients are required to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments.
- Any delays must be communicated immediately via email.
- While we do not impose late fees, punctuality is essential for maintaining our schedule.
Appointment Duration
- Estimated service durations are accurate.
- Actual duration may vary due to individual hair characteristics and complexity of the style.
- Clients get a brief breaks during service, which may extend appointment times.
Scheduling Adjustments
- SAB Hair Studio reserves the right to adjust appointment times by 30 minutes if necessary.
- Clients will be notified of any changes via email.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the appointment.
- The following fees will be strictly enforced for late cancellations:
* No-show or failure to provide notice: 50% of the remaining balance - All fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
Guests and Personal Items
- No children are allowed in the studio during appointments.
– No pets are allowed in the studio during appointments
- Extra guests are not permitted to accompany clients during services.
- Clients are required to limit personal belongings to essential items only. Extra bags or unnecessary personal items are not allowed in the studio.
Studio Access
- SAB Hair Studio utilizes a buzz-in only entrance system.
- Clients must use the provided intercom or buzzer to request entry upon arrival.
- Client must have a confirmed appointment to be buzzed in.
Booking Confirmation
- Clients are responsible for reviewing their booking confirmation email, which contains essential appointment details.
- All style add-ons must be selected at the time of booking. No modifications will be permitted after booking is confirmed.

We created SABHairStudio as a way for people to seamlessly integrate Hair-care & all inclusive braid services. With our all inclusive approach, we take the hassle out of you hair sourcing, we make it easy for you to get your chill on, take work meetings all while getting your hair done.
I Agree to the Terms and Conditions
1.1 Appointment Confirmation - All appointments must be confirmed via text or email. You can also call us to confirm your appointment. Confirmation notifications are sent 48 hours prior to appointment.
1.2 Cancellation Policy - We understand that circumstances may arise requiring the cancellation of an appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
1.3 Late Arrival - We strive to maintain a timely schedule. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time.
1.4 No-Shows - Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee, and future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit.
1.5 Entry Protocol - Please ring the buzzer at the entrance upon arrival. A staff member will let you in promptly. Our salon operates strictly by appointment. Please ensure you have a confirmed appointment before arriving. We do not accept walk-ins.
Services
2.1 Consultation - Our stylists will conduct a thorough consultation to understand your preferences and assess your hair condition before providing any services.
2.2 Service Guarantee - We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know within [number] days, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
2.3 Hair Included Services - SAB Hair Studio provides the hair for each service that we offer. A full salon shampoo is offered as well. We do not allow or recommend using hair not provided by SAB Hair Studio
2.4 Product Usage - We use professional-grade products during our services. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please inform your stylist during the consultation.
2.5 Child Policy - For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we request that clients make childcare arrangements during their salon visit.
Payments and Fees
3.1 Payment Methods - We accept cash and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
3.2 Pricing - The current price list is available at the salon’s booking site.
3.3 Gratuities - Gratuities are appreciated but not mandatory. They can be given directly to your stylist or through our tippy app.
Salon Policies
4.1 Cell Phones - Please be mindful of others by keeping your phone on silent or vibrate mode during your salon visit.
4.2 Feedback and Concerns - If you have any feedback or concerns, please communicate with us directly. We are committed to addressing and resolving any issues promptly.
4.4 Hygiene - Our salon maintains high cleanliness standards. If you have any concerns about hygiene, please inform our staff immediately.
4.5 Right to Refuse Service - SAB Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or health concerns.

5.1 Illness - If you are feeling unwell or exhibiting symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and other clients.
5.2 Sanitation - Our tools and equipment are sanitized between each client. We adhere to strict hygiene practices to ensure a safe and clean environment.
